If you have selected a UK delivery to a home address your parcel will be delivered by one of our two courier partners Hermes and Parcelforce.
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our website you will be send an email confirmation. Within this email you will see a line of text that reads:

If this section says "First Line" you have selected delivery to one of our UK stores, a member of the store will call you when your order is ready for collection.
If this section says "Royal Mail International" unfortunately we are unable to provide tracking numbers for this delivery.
To track an international order, please visit our Tracking Portal and enter your 12 digit order number which will begin with “GE”.
