Tracking Orders

If you've selected a UK delivery to a home address your parcel will be delivered by one of our courier partners (currently DPD, Evri and Parcelforce). 

Once your parcel has been dispatched we'll send you an email confirmation. In this email you'll see a line of text that reads:

To track your order, please search with the following number on the courier's website:  

This section will provide you with your tracking number and the courier company your parcel will be delivered by. 

To track parcels being delivered by Parcelforce please use the following link http://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace

To track parcels being delivered by Evri please use the following link:

https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel

To track parcels being delivered by DPD please use the following link:

https://www.dpd.co.uk/service

 

Unfortunately we are unable to provide tracking details for Royal Mail International deliveries.

 

To track an international order, please visit our Tracking Portal and enter your 12 digit order number which will begin with “GE”.

Please refer to our international delivery page for advice on delivery times.
