Missed your delivery? Don’t worry, we’ve got it in a safe place.
Our couriers always try their hardest to check if you’re at home. If not, no worries; they’ll leave you a delivery card and take your package to a designated post office or collection point, where you can come and pick it up, when you’re ready.
Will you deliver it again?
It depends on the delivery service we’re using - but our courier card will keep you updated.
How long have I got to collect it?
If Parcelforce or Royal Mail haven't been able to deliver your parcel then they'll leave you a card letting you know where it is. If it's at a local Post or Sorting Office you've got 7 days to collect it.
If Evri or DPD haven't been able to deliver your parcel then they'll leave you a card letting you know where you can collect it from, but how long it's kept for you varies.
If you can’t pick up your parcel in time or didn’t request a second delivery, we’ll arrange for it to be returned to our warehouse and issue you a refund - excluding the cost for your delivery.
I can’t find my parcel - but my courier card says it’s delivered
We don’t want your parcel to go missing, so our couriers may have left it in a ‘safe place’. Check your courier card for tracking details, but it may be with a neighbour or in a hiding place at home.
My parcel is late
If you haven’t received your parcel in the timescale you expected, then try checking your tracking details. You can find this information in the email we sent you, when your order was confirmed.
Don’t leave it too late - you've only got 14 days to tell us if it hasn’t turned up.
