Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your Order for any reason within 15 working days of receipt of your goods for a full refund.

After this period, we will give you a further 13 day period to cancel your order and obtain a refund. To cancel your Order within this 13 day period and obtain a refund you must return the Goods together with the returns form (enclosed with your Order of Goods).

Return your order to us through the following method:

1. Fill out the returns form enclosed with your Order of Goods (this can be found on the right side of the parcel summary section. Please enter the quantity of the item you are returning and select a reason for return from the options provided.
2. Tear down the vertical perforation and then tear down the horizontal perforation to detach the free returns label.
3. Place the return section inside the parcel (we will pick up the order information from the barcode) and attach the free return label by removing the adhesive backing.
4. Take the package to your local post office. Please retain your proof of postage stamp.
5. If you don't have your return label, please send the package to:

Alternatively, you can return goods to your nearest store for a refund, with the card used for the original transaction. Unfortunately shoes purchased online can only be returned to our website using the free returns label and NOT returned to our stores.

Please note that if your payment method was your PayPal account you will be able to return your items to a store only if you have the PayPal inStore app on your phone. The app is currently available on iPhone and Android. Download the app here. If you do not have the app your return will need to be sent back to us by post to be refunded onto your PayPal account. Please print off your order receipt and retain your returns label as proof of purchase.
