If you want to send something back to us, we’ve made it as easy as possible.
There’s no need to ring or notify us before, simply fill out the returns form that arrived with your order.
We just need to know what you’re returning and it would be really helpful to know why.
If you’re after a full refund - then make sure you send your items back within 28 days. And if you bought something in the sale you’ll have just 14 days.
Enter the quantity for each item and select a reason for your return.
Detach your returns label* along the perforations we’ve provided. Stick the label on the outside of your package and pop the returns form inside the bag with your items.
*We work with Royal Mail - so this label only works when you’re returning from a UK post office using Royal Mail as the carrier.
Take it to your local post office and remember to keep the proof that you posted it!
As soon as we receive it, we’ll process your return and send you an email to let you know.
Anything else I need to know?
Anything bought in-store, can only be returned in-store. We’re unable to accept store items sent to our website address, in the post.
We’re sorry but we no longer offer free returns for sale items. You now need to pay for the postage.
We like to keep things fair and we like to keep things reasonable. If we feel a customer may have repeatedly taken advantage of our returns policy, then we may notify them that their orders are no longer acceptable online.
