How do I return something to my local store?

 

It’s easy to return something in store - as long as it’s in the UK.  Just remember to bring your receipt or delivery note as well as the pieces you want to bring back.  And if you paid by credit or debit card, then we’ll need the card holder to come too - just to be on the safe side.

If you’re after a full refund - then make sure you bring your items back within 28 days.  And if you bought something in the sale you’ll have just 14 days.

If you’ve paid using PayPal, you’ll need to return your items by post.  We like to make life easy - so we’ve included FREE Royal Mail labels with your order.  You won’t have to arrange anything and you won’t have to pay more.

 

We love having additional labels on our site, but unfortunately we aren’t able to accept their returns in store.  If you’ve bought anything from the following brands, then use our easy to use FREE RETURNS LABEL and pop anything you no longer want, back to us in the post.

We like to keep things fair and we like to keep things reasonable.  If we feel a customer may have repeatedly taken advantage of our returns policy, then we may notify them that their orders are no longer acceptable online.
