Yes, you can, but we won’t be able to offer a return for free.
Simply return it in the usual way, but you’ll need to pay for the postage, from the country you’re in, back to the UK.
Can I request an exchange?
We’re sorry, at the moment we’re unable to offer exchanges on International orders, but you can still request a return and place a new order, for the item you prefer.
If you do decide to send something back, it may take up to 28 days for your refund to be processed, from the date of your return.
We’ll need you to keep your proof of purchase, just in case, and if after 28 days, you’ve still not had your money back, then please get in touch with us HERE
