You can change your personal details, such as your name, email address and phone number online via My Account. Just complete the following simple steps.
Log in to your online account.
Navigate to the My Account section and click on Personal Data.
In this section you can change your name, email address, contact number and communication settings. Ensure you click Apply to confirm you accept our terms and conditions and save the changes at the bottom of the page.
If you are looking to make changes your billing or order delivery address, you will be able to do this in your Address Book.
If you would like to change your loyalty details which is the address catalogues and marketing materials are sent to, this can be done in the Loyalty Card section.
