Can I Amend My Order?

Unfortunately if you have placed an order and accidentally selected the wrong size, colour or style of an item we are unable to amend this for you. However as long as your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse we can cancel your order and help you place a new order over the telephone for the correct products that you wish to purchase 

To do this please contact our customer services team immediately on 0333 202 0720.

If your items have been dispatched then please return the incorrect size to our warehouse using the freepost label and mark on the invoice that you wish an exchange for the correct size. Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges for a different colour or style; in this case you will be given a refund.

Once we have received your order we will process your exchange if we still have the item in stock and send this out to you.

You can also exchange your items in a local store if they have the correct product in stock.
