If you have a query about placing an order, cancelling and order etc. you may want to contact our customer services team by phone. To do this please call us on 0333 202 0720. Our customer service team will be available 9am until 5pm Monday to Saturday. Out with this time please leave a message on our answering service and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Our Customer Service team aim to answer all queries within 2 working days however please do bear with us if we are unable to get back to within this time, we will be busy helping other customers.


If your query is related to our loyalty scheme or your loyalty card you can also email us using the above form and selecting the topic of "Loyalty Card/Points" or to speak to a member of our loyalty team directly call us on 0800 009 3021 between 9am and 5pm.

For all queries regarding your store card account, we suggest that you call the card provider directly on 03713 769 246, where an advisor will be able to assist with your query. Unfortunately we hold no details of your account at M&Co head offices.
