Groupon Refunds

When you return your Groupon order we will provide you with a credit note for the value of the goods you have returned. Please allow 3 business days from us receiving your order to provide you with a new code to use.

The Groupon voucher will be split pro rata across all qualifying items in your basket. If you were to return any item a credit note will be issued for the value the Groupon voucher deducted from your item.

Example: if you purchased two items, item 1 costs £20 and item 2 costs £30, you would receive an £8 discount off item 1 and £12 discount off item 2. If you were to return item 2 a £12 voucher will be provided to you.

You can return your items to your nearest store, at your local Post Office or your nearest Collect + branch. Please note the following differences below:

Returning your order to an M&Co store

You can return your online order to your local M&Co store. M&Co staff will be able to exchange your order for another product of the same value in the store or if you would like a refund they will provide you a credit note for the value of the returned goods. The credit note can only be used for full price products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Staff will not be able to provide a cash alternative.

** Please note that if you receive a store credit note this can only be used in M&Co stores and not online**

Returning your order the M&Co Warehouse

You can return your online order to the M&Co warehouse through your local Post Office or Collect + outlet using the instructions on the back of the dispatch note contained within your order. 

Once we have your package back at our warehouse we will process your return or exchange.  When returning online we will provide you a gift certificate for the value of the refund to use online only. The voucher can only be used on full price products and cannot be used against delivery charges or combined with any other promotions.

The voucher will be send electronically to your email address. Please check your junk mail in case your voucher is waiting for you there.

There is no cash alternative for the voucher. 

If you have not used your code and are looking for a full refund, please speak directly to Groupon as M&Co staff are not able to help with these enquiries.
